Voices in Action: Advocacy for Housing Justice

Habitat for Humanity’s Voices in Action initiative is the next chapter in our commitment to housing advocacy in the U.S., built on the success of the Cost of Home campaign. From 2019-2024, Cost of Home reformed over 460 local and national laws and unlocked $23.6 billion in government funds.

Voices in Action mobilizes individuals and communities to influence housing policy at every level. We advocate for policies that increase housing supply, expand access to homeownership, and ensure long-term affordability. Because raising our voices is just as vital as raising our hammers.

*Your donation will benefit Habitat's Global Impact Fund which supports Habitat's broad work to ensure everyone has a decent place to live, through - advancing affordable homeownership, disaster resilience and recovery, investing in community building, advocating for fair and equitable housing policies, and expanding access to shelter and secure tenure around the world. While Habitat shall make every effort to use funds as designated; under the direction of the Board of Directors, HFHI retains complete control over the use and distribution of donated funds in furtherance of its mission.
